December 11th 2018: https://www.juicedbikes.com/products/... Here is an update of what has been going on as it relates to the Indiegogo Juiced Scrambler campaign.
The Scramblers have been finally arriving to the USA and our mechanics have been busy checking and testing everything, loading the software and carefully packing the bikes.
Some people are surprised that we check each bike, but this is exactly what a bike shop would do before delivery to the customer. The inspections also gives us a chance to feed back production issues to make the product better. We can also understand how much shipping damage happens and work to improve the packaging.
I went back to the factory and made it in time to see the remainder of the Camps and City Scramblers load. That concludes all of the IGG Camp and City units!
We have now just the HyperScramblers to be assembled, starting this week. Hypers are very challenging to make and many components are not typically used in the e-bike industry. I will keep an update on those as we go.
We are already starting some parts of the next production of the Scramblers for normal retail purchase. Our lead time for delivery will get shorter and shorter until you can just buy a Scrambler and it ships next day. Stay tuned!
