Transit Times for Shipping Within the USA
Building the Bikes:
The parts needed to make the bikes come into the factory from all around the world. Then the bikes get assembled and tested. This process takes about 3-5 months, but many factors can slow down the production.
Once they are ready, the bikes are boxed up and loaded into a container, then sent to our warehouse in San Diego, CA. As soon as we get a clear idea of when the bikes will arrive to our warehouse, we will start the pre-orders.
Getting to our Shop:
The shipments take about 4 weeks to ship from the factory to our warehouse. Once it arrives, we unload and prep them for local pickup or package them to go out to our customers in other locations.
Getting to Your Location:
Bikes purchased on JuicedBikes.com are shipped on either UPS or FedEx. Due to the size and nature of the e-bike, shipments are usually by ground shipping only. The transit time required simply depends on how far the destination is from our San Diego warehouse.
Once your bike is transferred to the shipping company, you will be issued a tracking number by e-mail.
If you have accessories or special request for your bike, preparation time may take a little longer. The U500 and U350 Utility E-bikes ships Freight and on its own pallet. Transit time is usually about 2 days longer.
