Riding strong on my Crosscurrent S
I'm on my 2nd Juice'd bike, both great rides, but my newer Crosscurrent S was having motor trouble. It would lock up occasionally going up hills or under significant load. When the problem 1st popped up, I sent it back to Juice'd to have it looked at, but the problem was so intermittent then, they weren't able to diagnose it. 7 months later the problem was much worse, but my bike was beyond the 1st year warranty and I just went back to riding my older Crosscurrent Air (still a fun bike for commuting). I ran into a Juice'd bike employee randomly and started up a conversation about the bikes and my experiences. Upon hearing my story, this employee took it upon himself to make it right. I now have a replacement motor/wheel assembly with over 100 miles commuting and the whole bike is running like new. I'm totally impressed with Juiced and my good luck on running into this one employee who really showed what it means to care about your customers. Thanks Juiced!
