The Weekly Squeeze

It’s hard to believe that our weekly Scorpion and HyperScorpion updates are finally coming to a close. Despite some very unexpected challenges along the way, this was an incredible campaign and we’re so grateful to our Indiegogo backers and customers for bringing this phenomenal  e-bike to life!  

We’ve spent much of this past month shipping HyperScorpions. While our team has made tremendous progress, we’re not totally finished processing open orders and will continue to be shipping Hypers through August. The following schedule includes details on all open orders: 

The Off-Road Throttle Kit for the Scorpion has shipped from our factory and should be available for shipment to pre-order customers in mid-late August. We’re also continuing to ship the Tall Seat accessory and hope to have all open pre-orders for this item completed by mid-August. Installing the new Tall Seat is very simple, but we still recommend carefully referencing the detailed assembly instructions:  

I’m very happy to report I have completed prototyping for the Passenger Kit and will begin production in August. Pre-orders for this item will begin shipping in September. We built a reinforced, stronger frame for the new passenger seat. The current rack on the Scorpion and HyperScorpion will need to be replaced with this new frame, and then the seat is installed on the new frame. Important note: the new Passenger Kit IS COMPATIBLE with the Tall Seat accessory! Here are some pictures of the frame and seat that will be included with the Passenger Kit (foot pegs will also be included in the Kit, but they’re not shown in these photos): 

As we approach the finish line of the Scorpion launch, it’s hard not to reflect on how much the world has changed since we kicked off our Indiegogo campaign last September. Who could have ever predicted or imagined the events of the last five months? As we continue navigating through ongoing uncertainty, I am deeply grateful for the support and kindness from our customers, humbled by the dedication of our employees, and incredibly optimistic for the future based on our collective resilience. 

To all of our customers, thank you again for your patience. I look forward to sharing  exciting information on a NEW e-bike project from Juiced very, very soon.
