It’s a holiday week here in China, but we’ve still managed to make a ton of progress on the development of the HyperScorpion. We’re also continuing to finish and ship the blue Scorpions. I’m really excited that these amazing e-bikes will be making their way to our customers later this month.
Over the last few days, we continued to work on the electronics system for the HyperScorpion, with an emphasis on how the torque sensor pedal-assist feels. We’re fine-tuning everything to make sure you have a super smooth ride. As you’ll see in the video, this week’s test rides involved much more road testing under different road conditions.
After much anticipation, the production units of the custom-made 1000W Bafang motors for the HyperScorpions have been sent to our factory. We’ve really made incredible progress on the development of this e-bike over the last few weeks.
Next week will be jam-packed as we move closer to HyperScorpion production! We are still on schedule to begin delivering Hypers to our Indiegogo backers and pre-order customers in late June. I’ll have a lot more to share when we begin assembling our first production units.
