Shipping & Returns Information

Policy Effective July 26th, 2023

Purchase Process

  • Promotional codes may not be combined and are not eligible for purchases of close out or open box bikes. Juiced Bikes reserves the right to stop or pause all offers and promo codes at any time without warning.
  • For all purchases, pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
  • If your order is being funded by a financing partner such as Affirm or Klarna, please contact them directly to get your estimated monthly payments and to process any changes. 
  • Be sure to confirm your order is correct before completing the purchase, as fees will apply for any cancelations. 
Order Processing Times
  • Shipping and delivery times may vary. Typically, orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3-8 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are always committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible. 
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. This is just a rough estimate of your delivery date, for more real time updates contact the shipping provider directly.
  • In some cases, a shipping confirmation may be slightly delayed even though the package is already on its way to you.
Shipping Methods
  • Our bikes shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for FREE shipping. 
  • Most of our bikes ship via FedEx GROUND, with batteries included in the box.
  • Due to shipping limitations on lithium ion batteries, we are not able to offer expedited shipping services on batteries.
  • Individual batteries will ship separately, and will have a separate shipping cost calculated at check-out. 
  • Shipping information and policies only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery for any electric bike order. Any person in the household 21 or older can sign for the delivery.
  • Please have your valid government-issued photo ID ready at the time of delivery. 
Order/Shipping Changes
  • Before placing an order, be sure to verify that the product(s) you are looking to order is (are) correct.
  • If your bike has already shipped and you have a FedEx tracking number, please contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions.
  • Juiced Bikes is unable to make any changes and/or special arrangements, including address changes, AFTER your order has been placed. If your order’s delivery address has an error, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
  • Items smaller than bikes may ship by USPS, and you will also be able to track your package.

    Order Cancellation/Returns

      • Please note the following policy for cancelation requests:
        • All cancellation and refund requests should be submitted via our returns portal by clicking here.
        • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.
      • Pre-order items can be fully refunded upon cancellation until the in-stock date, after which the regular refund process applies. 
      • All Closeout/Clearance sales are final. We are unable to price match or issue a refund/return on any model that is under closeout/clearance. 
      • Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery by contacting us
      • For in-stock items and items that have shipped (aside from items excluded by other provisions):
        • Please notify us of your order cancellation request as early as possible, as we cannot guarantee that it will reach the shipping warehouse in the time to stop your shipment. 
        • We will not accept returns of any product 30 or more days after delivery date.
        • Any e-bike cancellation/return will be subject to a $150 return fee.
        • A 15% processing fee will be applied for any item being returned or cancelled.
        • To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

          • Unused condition (e-bikes must be in new condition and have 15 miles or less)
          • Free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors
          • Same packaging and condition as received (for electric bikes we will not provide a new box)
        • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at purchase.   
        • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    Open Box/Refurbished Bicycle Return Policy 
        • Open Box bikes and refurbished bicycles are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.

    Non-Returnable Items Include, But Are Not Limited To:
          • Used, undamaged equipment
          • Worn apparel (clothing, hats, etc)
          • Used battery packs
          • Used helmets
          • Special orders
          • Gift cards
          • Items that display wear
          • Open Box bicycles and refurbished bicycles
        • For the purpose of warranty and returns, you are responsible for providing a return shipping box.  
        • Please retain your bike box.
        • Items cannot be returned without authorization from Juiced Support team. 
        • Juiced Bikes accepts no responsibility for items returned to us without explicit authorization. 
    Returns of Defective Equipment 
      • Defective equipment may be covered by our warranty policy, found here -
      • Contact Juiced Support to begin the warranty claims process.  Be sure to follow all Warranty Procedures and directions provided by a Juiced Support Representative.
