Shipping & Processing Information
DUE TO UNUSUALLY HIGH ORDER VOLUME, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING.
Shipping and delivery times may vary, but in most cases, orders for in-Stock items will be processed within 5-7 business days. During periods of increased order volume, order processing times may be slightly delayed and can take up to 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we are always committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information.
For all orders under $99, a $5 flat rate shipping fee will be charged to your order.
For all orders over $99, shipping is FREE! We do not refund shipping costs if you pick up your bike or we deliver it locally. Our Free Shipping policy is for ONE delivery. Our shipping partners will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your new e-bike. If the product is returned to us, and a subsequent delivery is required, you will be charged for those delivery fees. Please keep this in mind when ordering and please track your order to view the delivery date.
Due to the size of the e-bike package, shipments are usually with FedEx GROUND. We do not offer expedited shipping services. The transit time required for delivery depends on how far the destination is from our San Diego warehouse.
If you would like to make an address change to your order, you have 24 hours to notify our Support team. After 24 hours, there will be a $25 change fee if your order has not yet been processed/shipped.
Shipping information and policies only apply to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.
* A signature will be required upon delivery of any order valued at $300 or higher. Any person in the household can sign for the order.

Juiced Bikes are typically shipped via FedEx Ground delivery service. Once your bike ships, you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number so you can track your package.
If your bike has already shipped and you have a tracking number, please contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions. Juiced Bikes is unable to make any delivery changes and/or special arrangements, including address changes, AFTER your order has been transferred to FedEx.
Items smaller than bikes may ship by DHL/USPS, and you will also be able to track your package.
Juiced Bikes is well-known for our commitment to offering the highest quality e-bikes and superior customer support. Listed below is our order cancellation and product return policies:
Order Cancellation - Cancellation of unshipped orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items). Cancellation of orders that have already been processed for shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We can't guarantee your order cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time to stop your shipment, so please notify us as early as possible of your cancellation request. Send cancellation requests to: firstname.lastname@example.org and a support representative will calculate restocking fees on a per-item basis and provide confirmation if the order is eligible for cancellation. Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order.
Returns of Unused Equipment - Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the products by contacting us HERE. To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. The box must be sealed and unopened. Please ship your bike back in its original box. Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs if they elect to exchange their bike.
Open Box/Refurbished Bicycle Return Policy - Open Box bikes and refurbished bicycles are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Used, Undamaged Equipment
- Apparel (clothing, hats, etc)
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Gifted orders
- Items that display wear
*ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. If a return is received without an authorization code, the shipment will be refused and returned to the customer.
Returns of Defective Equipment - Defective equipment is covered by our warranty policy. Contact Juiced to file a warranty claim.
If your approved return passes our inspection, the customer will be eligible to receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please address your return to:
