Cancellation/Returns Policy

Juiced Bikes is well-known for our dedication to quality, and we take customer satisfaction just as seriously, and offer this comprehensive cancellation and returns policy:

Order Cancellation - All unshipped orders (including pre-orders) can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.  Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order.  An order is considered unshipped up to the moment the shipment is physically transferred to the carrier's custody.  In case of partially fulfilled orders, any unshipped items will be considered unshipped and eligible for free cancellation.

Returns of Unused Equipment - Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned for a full refund- just initiate your return process within 7 days of your receipt of the products by contacting us here.  We'll contact you by phone or email to provide you with packaging and shipping information and to arrange your refund.

Returns of Used, Undamaged Equipment - Used merchandise may be returned for store credit with Juiced.  Again, all you have to do is contact our service and support department here to make the arrangements.  Make sure to initiate your return within 7 days of receiving the no-longer-wanted products.

Returns of Defective Equipment - Defective equipment is covered by our warranty policy.  Contact Juiced to get started with a warranty claim.

Safely packaging the merchandise you're returning is essential.  Juiced Bikes will deduct repair costs from merchandise damaged in transit to us if it has been improperly packed.
