This is the original tire used on the CrossCurrent Air, CrossCurrent S2, and CrossCurrent X. This e-bike-rated tire is the standard-issue workhorse rubber for the 700C commuter e-bikes. It can be pumped to higher pressures and has low rolling resistance. The 45C (1.75") width is just about the widest 700C tire available. The K1088 provides a good balance between performance, tread life, puncture protection, availability, and cost.
