The RipCurrent S Performance Upgrade Kit contains all the parts needed to go up to 30mph on throttle only. Going that fast you'll need to be seen on the road so we included a brake light upgrade that is powered by the main battery. The brake light illuminates when the brakes are applied for increased visibility. There is some assembly required and is geared toward the DIY enthusiast. This kit may take you outside of what are considered e-bike speeds, check with your local regulations and DMV prior to use. Only compatible with the new 2022 1000W motor RipCurrent S e-bikes. Not compatible with 750W motor RipCurrent S e-bikes. Not compatible with any RipCurrent S step-through models.
